Mindful Movement

 Mindful Movement is a free community offering at Pulse Personal Training incorporating breath work with the eastern disciplines of qigong, and tai chi.  These practices have been shown to improve balance, reduce anxiety, and improve cognitive function.  Sessions will leave you feeling relaxed and energized.  Suitable for all ages and fitness levels and no previous experience is needed. Nothing to memorize, just follow along. If you can breathe, you're good to go. Sessions last approximately 30 minutes.   Free will donations are accepted.


Classes run Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11 am.  Register HERE  *see below!


Update 4/1/20 --  During this time of very urgent need for response to COVID-19, we will suspend gathering in the studio but stream sessions via Facebook Live at 11 am every day.  Please contact Jim (jim@pulsecedarburg.com) for further info.
