Our newest practice area at Pulse4Health (the next chapter of Pulse Personal Training) is a Mindfulness Practice that will include subscriptions featuring a blend of online offerings with additional in-personal live classes, a new class series, and 1x1 instruction.
The core of the practice, Qi Flow, brings the former community Mindful Movement into our class lineup. Incorporating movement and breath work from the eastern disciplines of qigong and tai chi, these practices have been shown to improve balance, reduce anxiety, and improve cognitive function. Sessions will leave you feeling relaxed and energized. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels and no previous experience is needed.

**3 live classes weekly (Mon/Thurs @ 11:15 am, Tues @ 7:15 pm). For the duration of the statewide mask mandate, these will be Zoom only. In studio sessions will return when it is safe to meet again.
