Small Group Training

Small Group Personal Training (Thrive, Mindful Movement, TRX, Dirty 30, and Young Vibes) – We truly believe movement is for everyone. All small group sessions are designed for all levels with modifications. Our knowledgeable trainers take the time to make adjustments and improve technique. Our group sessions hold 6-10 clients; this creates a workout community which enhances motivation! New workouts every session, join the fun!   


Thrive: Looking for a training session that's packed with energy? Try this workout! 45 or 60 minute session of total body strength, conditioning, functional movement, and flexibility. Session will feature a dynamic warm-up, well-balanced workout, and finish with restorative movement to align the mind, body, and spirit. 

Mindful Movement: 25- 40 minutes of breath-focused movement drawing from the Eastern disciplines of Qigong and Tai Chi. *As part of our commitment to our local community, Mindful Movement is offered as a free service. Donations are accepted on behalf of two local profits--Advocates of Ozaukee and the Humane Society of Ozaukee County. 

TRX Suspension Training: Leveraging gravity and your own body weight, TRX Suspension training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Developed by a former Navy Seal, TRX is accessible to a wide range of fitness levels to help you move better, feel better, and live better.

Young Vibes: This session is designed for high school & college students. You'll get 45 minutes of high intensity intervals paired with dynamic strength and plyometric movements. Come ready to sweat and workout to a hip-hop infused playlist.

Dirty 30: Are you pressed on time, but don't want to miss a sweat session? Are you looking for a quick and effective workout? We have designed a class just for you. Come experience a 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style class that will leave you feeling energized.
