Introduction to Tai Chi

Next Session Begins March 5th

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise suitable for any age and level of fitness. The movements can be adapted to fit the health and strength levels of each participant.


In this introductory session, we will be exploring the first 11 movements from the popular Simplified 24 Form set.  Course will cover posture and alignment, steps and footwork, hand positions, and breathing techniques.


Originating in the East, the ancient art of Tai Chi is widely practiced in the modern world for health, relaxation, and meditation.  Exercises are performed slowly and mindfully with an emphasis on total body integration, balance, and coordination.  


6 week session will begin March 5th, 2020 and run for 6 consecutive Thursdays, 9-9:45 am. Cost is $119 (click button below to register - this will open the web version of Mindbody - registration via the App not live yet).  If you are already an unlimited member, this offering is included.
